The Prime Minister has just urgently sent the People's Committees of coastal provinces and cities from Quang Ninh to Ha Tinh to continue to strictly implement the electricity works of the PCLBTW Steering Committee;directing local administrations at all levels to prohibit boats from going out to sea, continue to firmly grasp the number of ships still operating on the sea, guiding them to move to places to avoid storms;organizing safe anchorage for ships in storm shelters, when storms landed firmly on people and ships on coastal aquaculture areas;mobilize people to immediately implement the task of preventing and fighting against houses and warehouses of schools and hospitals;coordinate with the armed forces in the area to relocate people from dangerous areas (coastal areas, estuaries, high-risk areas, floods, flash floods, landslides).

The relocation must be completed before 22:00 on October 13;organize guards to ensure order and security in areas where people have to be relocated.
