High pressure points put pressure on the endocardial parts, reducing blood flow to the eye to nourish the optic nerve. This situation will lead to atrophy of the thorny eyes, decreased vision, and then lead to permanent blindness.

In 2009, nearly 178,000 veterans in the US were found to have abused or relied on cocaine while undergoing treatment at outpatient clinics.

Although more research is needed to accurately determine the long-term consequences of cocaine use on vision, it is unlikely that glaucoma will appear before the patient takes the drug, because the amount of cocaine is taken into the muscle. can accumulate much if the patient starts using this drug from 18-20 years old.

However, the study shows the relationship between cocaine use and the risk of glaucoma.
