This bridge helps travel time from Hong Kong to the other two locations down from three hours to 30 minutes.

The 55km long bridge connects the city of Zhuhai in Guangdong with Hong Kong and Macau, according to Xinhua. The bridge consists of a 22.9km long bridge section and 6.7km undersea tunnel. Construction began to be built in December 2009 in Chau Hai and will be inaugurated later this year.

The key part of the world's longest sea crossing bridge has been completed. More than 400,000 tons of steel are used for the bridge section and undersea tunnel, enough to build 60 Eiffel towers. The Y-shaped bridge started from the Island of Aurong in Hong Kong, then branched to Chau Hai and Macau. It takes time to travel from Hong Kong to the other two locations from three hours to 30 minutes.
