Video: The diver reaches into the shark's jaw
A professional diver reaches into the jaw of a shark longer than 2m to get a fisherman's hook out of the fish mouth in the Caribbean Sea.
The video of the Caribbean Sea shows the moment Cristina Zenato, a professional diver, gently hands over sharp teeth in the mouth of the Caribbean coral reef shark.
It seemed Zenato was stroking the fish's head slightly to calm him, but when the shark started shaking its head, she put her hand inside and quickly pulled out the hook. The animal swims away while the lifeguards congratulate the female co-workers.
According to the Telegraph, Zenato has worked with sharks for the past 19 years. She kept detailed pictures of sharks with sharks as a way to educate people about the preservation of this "sea-killer".
