Vietnam built unmanned aircraft

On the morning of May 3, 2013, at the testing ground of the Space Technology Institute of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, the High-Technology Science and Information Technology (HTI) Union - km27 Highway Thang Long Ha Noi, the group implementing the project "Research and manufacture unmanned aircraft complex for scientific research" has successfully carried out the test of 3 unmanned aircraft models among 5 specialized aircraft models. Other applications have been completed at the Space Technology Institute.

All 5 types of aircraft are designed to control flight mode automatically according to the pre-programmed programming on digital map background. The aircraft is equipped with camera cameras working both during the day and at night and other specialized scientific research equipment.

For type AV.UAV.S3, AV.UAV.S4, it is possible to extend the range further when using guided satellite communications or ground relay stations.

These aircraft can take off from the runway, from the roof of the car, on the moving platform or by hand.

He also said that right after the flight test program, the Institute of Space Technology will perfect the technique and put it into mass production for scientific research purposes and meet the domestic specialized needs.
