Watch out for poisoning when exposed to ten thousand trees

However, according to the warning posted on the National Tropical Botanical Garden, people should not approach or use their hands to remove leaves, seeds and shells, because they can be poisoned. Specifically, the alkaloids in the trunk can cause cancer, amino acids are the cause of chronic neurological disorders, even in ten thousand kernels also have high toxicity cycasin.

Scientists advise against frequent contact or putting the kangaroo tree in a closed room because it can cause illness, poisoning and even death. Plants should be kept out of the reach of children, because the baby's immature body is vulnerable to accidentally touching the tree.
