Watch the magical rocky area with beautiful ripples
This majestic and beautiful rocky mountain will give you a great experience .
Wave Rock is one of the beautiful rocky mountains of Western Australia, located near the small town of Hyden, about 350km east of Perth capital, Western Australia.
From the capital, Perth, another 3km to the town of Hyden, you will have the opportunity to admire the beauty of Wave Rock.
This strange name 'rocky' sound is set due to the magical shape it possesses. Looking away, Wave Rock looks like a huge sea wave rising and suddenly stops. Because of this, this strange rock has an English name called Wave Rock.
Wave Rock has a very important meaning in the Indian Aboriginal culture.
Through research, scientists believe that Wave Rock stone is a part of Hyden Rock made from granite, rain and wind erosion a few dozen million years ago. Each 'wave' has a height of about 14m, about 110m long, it is difficult to be broken.
The wonderful color of the stone is due to the minerals contained in the rain pouring down for thousands of years, giving off beautiful red and gray gold. At different times of the day, the color of the 'wave rock' will change, under the influence of the sun.
In the area of Wave Rock, there are also different irregular rock shapes. Such as rock waves in the shape of a yawning hippopotamus, camel hump or a cap and stone king. These are the biggest and most prominent of the hundreds of different rock shapes scattered around the central area.
Each year, more than 140,000 tourists visit this unique landmark.
One aspect of Wave Rock is rarely shown clearly on the pictures: the barrier walls are built around the middle of the mountain halfway. This wall block works to prevent rainwater from overflowing into the mountain so that it can lead into a dam.
Inside the Wave Rock area includes an interesting "museum" . It is a small park, which is a habitat for wild animals, mobile stalls and restaurants.
In addition, visitors can walk around the outside into rocks to see wildflowers, native birds and especially watch the rare white furry kangaroo in the local wildlife park. Also, it is equally interesting to watch humpback whales from the coastal city of Albany.
