Babies during the lactation are often "attacked" by abdominal pain sometimes unexplained. If you do not know how to respond promptly, you are easily confused when your child is always crying and uncomfortable.

The following suggestions help you calmly cope:

1. Find out what causes a child to be upset, such as due to teething because of a wet, cramped diaper . If the child has abdominal pain, he should review the nutritional ingredients in milk.

2. If your child cries from pain, soothe them by stroking, cuddling them and comforting them with toys or lullabies to help them forget the pain.

3. Wrap a warm towel around your abdomen and gently massage your abdomen to make your baby more comfortable.

4. Use your hand to gently rotate the child's feet in a circle to create warmth.

5. If the pain is frequent and not relieved, then it is better to take the child to the nearest doctor to find out the proper cause and treatment.
