According to MNN, Susie Chinn, who lives in Sarasota, Florida, USA posted the video on Youtube on September 8. She named the North American cat bear in the video, Rocksy.

"It was lovely and lived in my yard for many years," Chinn wrote on Youtube, where her video attracted more than 1,000 views within 2 weeks. "I don't understand how he knows how to knock on the door, but this certainly works."

Although it is unknown where Rocksy learned noise tricks, its motives are quite obvious. According to Chinn, Rocksy had a habit of scouring a bowl of cat food outside. Chinn continued to fill the bowl with food, making Rocksy think it was a reliable source of food.

"The goofy cat bear knows that after eating all the food in the bowl it just needs to knock on the door for hours until I continue to fill it."

Chinn was a long-time volunteer in the wildlife rescue team and her enthusiasm for cat bears spread to many people - but this video is also a warning.
