World astronomers are heatedly debating about the existence of a mysterious object discovered in 2003, temporarily called UB313, which is far from Earth and is much larger than the size of Pluto. .

At the 26th Congress of the International Astronomical Union (IAU) in Prague (capital of the Czech Republic) from August 14-25, scientists will have to agree to remove the name of Pluto. from the solar system of the current 9 planets or " recruiting " a new planet into this system.

Located about 15 billion kilometers from Earth and 2,300 kilometers in diameter, after being announced by a group of American astronomers in July 2005, UB313 sparked a controversy in the scientific world. There are conflicting opinions about this new finding. Astronomers discovered UB313 that this is the 10th planet of the solar system, and does not rule out the possibility that Pluto will no longer be considered a planet in this system.

Meanwhile, the protectors of Pluto claim that UB313 is not a planet but only a giant block of rock or KBO consisting of about 100,000 small ice sheets from the primitive time and moving around the Sun but not in the solar system.

Attending this conference of IAU are about 2,500 astronomers from 75 countries around the world.
