Every holiday season, people give each other gifts and a large amount of gift wrapping paper is released into the environment. Therefore, Eden paper firm devised a way to utilize wrapping paper as an environment for growing plants for food.

The gift wrapping paper will be rolled up as an environment, with a little more soil and water and seeds to grow the tree. According to Gizmag magazine, the current campaign to promote Eden paper has 5 designs corresponding to vegetables, spices: carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, peppers and onions.
The corresponding seeds are embedded on the back of the packaging and packaged in a biodegradable paper layer.
Scientists also plan to further produce 100% recycled plant paper to avoid harming the environment. Gizmag also said scientists calculated that each broccoli wrapping paper would cost $ 8. This project is being funded for $ 40,500 and has earned $ 16,000.
