1,500-year-old coffin in China
Recent archaeologists have discovered a coffin dating back 1,500 years in China but has not identified the identity of its owner.
The ancient coffin was discovered in a meadow in the area of Zhuge Luan, in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, north of China .
Analysis results show that the ancient coffin dates back about 1,500 years, belonging to the Northern Wei dynasty (386-534).
According to archaeologists of the local museum, the coffin is quite large in size and found in its entirety.
However, the team has yet to find a clue about the identity of the person buried in this coffin.
The coffin was brought to the local museum to continue researching and identifying relevant information.
The discovery of the ancient coffin will provide important documents for the study of Chinese people's life in this period.
