2012 Asteroid BX34 almost collided with the Earth
AFP reported that an asteroid-sized asteroid on January 27 flew close to Earth, causing space observers to describe this as a "near collision" case, although experts were not concerned about This ability.
Gareth Williams, deputy director of the US-based asteroid center, which tracks objects in the universe, said the asteroid was named 2012 BX34 , with a diameter of 6-19m.
Earlier, 2012 BX34 was never known before it reached a telescope's view in Arizona on January 25.
The 2012 BX34 flies across Earth at a distance of about 60,000km at 15 GMT on January 27.
Williams said that the asteroid is in the top 20 closest Earth objects ever observed.
Previously, on January 26, NASA announced on Twiiter that this asteroid will "fly across the Earth safely on January 27".
Mr. Williams explained, because the asteroid is so small that people can only detect it when it is close to the Earth.
