Amanda Curtis is waiting for the train near the station in Glen Cove, on the Island of New York Island and stumbles across four separate rainbows that appear in the sky. In addition to Curtis, passengers waiting for trains see four brilliant rainbows in the sky.

Curtis shared the photo on Twitter and said: " I think this is very interesting. It was April 21, at 6:30 . " According to NY Daily News, rainbows are seen after a heavy rain the day before.

Weather expert Rachel Aissen of CNN said that it may be a double reflection of rainbow phenomenon. This is not the first time that scattering from sunlight when refracted and reflected through raindrops produces more than one rainbow.
