Lao Dong newspaper said that German cinematographer Marc Szeglat recorded the scary phenomenon when Sakurajima volcano in Kagoshima, Japan erupted.

Scientists cannot explain why lightning appears when volcanic eruptions. They argue that the charged ash molecules emitted during the active volcano reacted to the air to produce such white light rays.

" Lava flows are the biggest danger from volcanoes. I feel quite scared when it happens right in front of me but it is really a memorable adventure ," Szeglat said.

Earlier, German photographer Martin Rietze also recorded a similar phenomenon. The image of a beautiful moment when lightning appeared right inside the black cloud of dust that erupted from the crater of Sinabung in Indonesia showed the enchanting beauty and terrifying power of nature.

Sinabung volcano with a height of 2,457 m is located on Indonesia's Sumatra island. It began operating again since September 2013, after " sleeping " for 400 years.

Lightning is a beautiful phenomenon of nature, it heats the surrounding air to about 27,760 degrees Celsius , 5 times hotter than the surface temperature of the Sun. Lightning does not only appear in thunderstorms, a meteorological phenomenon including storms, heavy rain, thunder, strong winds. The phenomenon of atmospheric discharge can also occur during storms, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, even dust storms and snow storms.

According to scientists, lightning appears on Earth about 100 times per second, 70% of which occurs in the tropics. Types of lightning include lightning strikes from the cloud to the ground, lightning from the soil to the cloud (electron flow moves between the ground and the cloud above).

The most common type of lightning is cloud and cloud, electronic exchange between clouds without having to go to the ground. In addition, there are other types such as heterogeneous clay, rocky clay, upper atmosphere, clay, rocket clay, dry clay .
