A woman in Arizona has kept a cookie of her family's memento for 85 years.
The cookie has been carefully preserved for 85 years.
According to Upi, Penny Rickhoff, who lives in Arizona, has stored this heart-shaped cookie from the 30s of the last century. It was a souvenir that his first boyfriend gave to her mother.
She said: "At that time they didn't have much money. So in addition to making cakes to give to your lover, you didn't have many other options."
The heart-shaped cake carved the name of the mother's boyfriend. Rickhoff shared: "The cake is as hard as a rock. My mother wants to keep it as a souvenir".
Rickhoff wants to preserve and store the anniversary cake for as long as possible.
