Announcement of Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Award

On April 27, Vietnam Technology Innovation Support Fund (VIFOTEC) announced the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Award and WIPO 2011 Award.

Excellent projects in 6 fields including mechanics - automation; material technology; information technology, electronics and telecommunications; biology for production and life; technology to protect the environment and rational use of resources; technology to save energy and use energy to win a science and technology innovation award.

Awarding Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Award and WIPO 2010 Award.

Four outstanding projects include: " Making technological process for maintenance and repair of 500KV transformer in the field" by engineers Nguyen Tien Dung and engineer Nguyen Dang Quang and his colleagues; 'Research, design, fabrication and deployment of recirculating bad fuel combustion steam application applications of Dr. Nguyen Thanh Quang and Associate Professor and Doctor Vo Chi Chinh; 'Research and manufacture of pasteurellosis for buffalo herd Farming cattle in our country ' by Dr. Tran Xuan Hanh and the work ' Study on application of wells to visit prefabricated thin-walled concrete reinforcement linked to sewer in technical infrastructure system and environmental protection ' .

The World Intellectual Property Organization of Vietnam also awarded certificates and symbols to 5 projects, excellent authors and 1 enterprise of excellent application of intellectual property systems in production, business and export works. Best, the best female author and young inventors.

The only enterprise to win the WIPO award is Biotechnology Technology Joint Stock Company - Fitohoocmon- BiFi, which continuously has research, transfer and consulting services on technology transfer in the field of biology and production fertilizers, growth regulators, environmental treatment, aquaculture and construction.

This time, the National Technical Innovation Contest 2011 organized by VIFOTEC has 82 prizes; including 4 first prizes, 11 second prizes, 24 third prizes and 43 consolation prizes.
