Beijing stopped selling red duck eggs
The type of duck eggs with red yolk than usual is due to the farmers mixing Sudan IV color (which can cause cancer for humans) into food. After the Chinese television station reported on the incident, some salt duck eggs were put to be tested.
The results are worrying: in 14 sample eggs, six have Sudan IV color products.
Currently the city of Beijing has issued a notice to control this duck egg and temporarily seize a lot of eggs from Hebei.
In the city of Guangzhou, to ensure consumer safety, the City Department of Industry and Trade has asked stores throughout the city to stop selling yolk duck eggs even though they are not Ha origin eggs. North.
