The US weather agency issued a warning about tornadoes and a host of other warnings for 10 states from Texas across the Mississippi River valley to Ohio. There is no information on the number of deaths after the new storms in the area, but Indiana state officials have noted some injuries.

Heavy rains and thunderstorms surrounded Memphis, Tennessee last night while officials warned of tornadoes. Meanwhile, officials said a house was destroyed in the storm in the city of Ellssinore, Kansas. Earlier, a tornado swept across the city of Sedalia, destroying several houses.

In Illinois, high winds, rain and at least 4 tornadoes disrupt the power supply line, destroying a house and a series of houses in the central and eastern states. " Wind speeds the roof and garage, " emergency agency spokesman Illinois Patti Thompson said.

These storms followed a series of tornadoes that killed 15 people in the states of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Kansas. Earlier, Joplin City, Missouri, became the focal point of the most horrifying tornado in the United States, killing 125 people.
