Currently, the National Hospital of Pediatrics has equipped a machine system to implement the bone marrow and stem cell transplantation techniques of Germany and America. Each year hundreds of pediatric patients need bone marrow transplantation and stem cells, mainly patients with leukemia.

Estimated, the Central Children 's Hospital will perform from 20-30 transplant cases / year.

BV will waive the cost of grafting for the first 3-5 transplant cases.

Currently, bone marrow transplantation and stem cells for children have been implemented by some countries in the region, but only in Vietnam for adults at Hospital 108, Hue Central Hospital .
