Browse the program to support intellectual property development

On December 6, Prime Minister signed Decision No. 2204 / QD-TTg, approving the Program to support intellectual property development in the period of 2011-2015, in order to continue to raise awareness of organizations and fish. on creation, management, protection and development of intellectual property.

At the same time, this program also contributes to improving the competitiveness of Vietnam's products and services; in which priority is given to supporting strategic, specific products with export potential.

The objective of the Program is to meet 70% of the requirements of enterprises and scientific and technological service organizations on intellectual property awareness raising; requirements of universities, scientific research institutions, scientific research institutions and technology development on guidance, support for the creation, management, protection and development of intellectual property for the research results; requirements of local authorities to support intellectual property development with local characteristics.

The program also meets 50% of the requirements for supporting registration of intellectual property protection of enterprises with strategic and specific products, with potential for export in the main and potential markets.

The contents of the Program include propaganda and training of intellectual property, support for management of intellectual property activities; establishment and operation of intellectual property development support organizations; support to establish, other organizations and individuals of Vietnam at home and abroad.

The program also supports the development and application of management processes, results, scientific research products to enhance the value of intellectual property; support the exploitation of scientific and technological information and intellectual property for research, deployment, production and business.
