In order to earn huge amounts of money, the architects' group is launching a campaign to raise money from the public.Minas Tirith is a majestic castle and also a fictional city in the Lord of the Rings movie .

The building may be built in southern England. If successful, fans of this popular series can live and work in massive architecture.
Construction costs of Minas Tirith include 23 million USD for land purchase, nearly 300 million USD for labor costs and 2.2 billion USD for materials, Jonathan Wilson - head of the campaign, revealed.
The project can be completed by 2023. The remaining amount will be used to maintain the city and provide necessary public services by 2053.
"We believe that the realization of Minas Tirith may not only create a world famous tourist attraction but also a place to live and work great," Jonathan said.
The architects team will have 60 days to mobilize funds. As of 11 days after launching the campaign, they have raised more than 630 million USD. If the campaign fails, the money will be returned to the public, according to The Independent.
