Catch the giant crocodile weighing nearly 1 ton

A crocodile has a mass of nearly 1 ton and is believed to have eaten at least 4 fishermen were arrested in Lake Victoria in Uganda. This is considered the most 'terrible' crocodile alive.

This giant crocodile was captured after a four-day hunt, conducted by fishermen in a village in Uganda, with the help of experts from the Animal Protection Agency. Wild (UWA) of this country.

Earlier, the crocodile, believed to be in its 80s and weighs 1 ton, was thought to have caused four missing fishermen and often threatened safety for people living in Jinja and Mayuge districts on the shores of Lake Victoria, Uganda.

Fishermen and authorities used a large hook with a hook attached to an iron hook to fool this crocodile. After being arrested, this 1 ton heavy crocodile was tied up and put on a truck in the presence of hundreds of villagers.

Local officials said the lakeside village life had been turned upside down after learning about the existence of this "giant" crocodile. Fishermen do not dare to go to the lake to catch fish while people do not dare to walk along the lake. After the crocodile was captured, the fishermen expressed their joy at being able to return to their fishing career.

This giant crocodile after being captured will be transferred to the Murchison National Park and will be released here.

At a weight of 1 ton, the crocodile has been captured in Uganda as the largest surviving crocodile recorded. Earlier, the record for weight of alligators belonged to the crocodile named Lolong, arrested in the Philippines, with a volume of 1,047 kg and 6.4 meters long. However, this crocodile died in February 2013, at about 50 years old.
