Catch the giant mouse gnawing on the concrete wall

A Swedish family was stunned to find the culprit "terrorized" their cat and punctured the kitchen concrete wall was a giant mouse, longer than 38cm.

The Bengtsson-Korsås family in Solna, northwest of Stockholm, Sweden began to notice an abnormality when their Enok cat evaded the apartment's kitchen. They finally discovered the giant rodent in a trash check.

"I was terrified to see the giant" mouse "and jumped up to the table," Signe host Bengtsson-Korsås said.

The mouse was determined to break into the Bengtsson-Korsås apartment by gnawing a tunnel between the wooden planks and the concrete wall. He found a comfortable shelter behind the family's dishwasher and even bit it, causing the apartment's plumbing to leak.

Despite all the intimidating efforts of Ms. Bengtsson-Korsås and her two children, the giant rat became only cheeky and finally abruptly ran back and forth across the kitchen floor. The Bengtsson-Korsås family was forced to rely on rat killers to install industrial mouse traps.

Less than a day later, the mouse was trapped but still strong enough to drag the whole device to escape. With traps stuck around his neck, the mouse ran to a wooden box and was trapped there to die. When taking the carcass to throw away, Ms. Bengtsson-Korsås measured the "terrible" rat's body to over 38cm without counting the tail.
