Catch the hundred-year-old marine eel
Perhaps this is the largest eel ever Laime Haven and the whole world are admired.
As a fisherman with 44 years of experience at sea, perhaps Mr. Laime Haven, 65 years old, German is no stranger to the creatures of the sea. But the giant eel that he caught just a few days is probably the biggest eel he has ever seen.
According to estimates, this sea eel is about 100 years old
Mr. Haven said, on the morning of October 28, he spread a net on the Weser River, an area in the city of Bremen, Germany. In the afternoon when the net was pulled up, the giant sea eel was in it. Based on a length of 2.4m and a weight of 34kg, Haven speculated that the eel must be under 100 years old.
Sea eels, also called sea eels, often live in the Eastern Atlantic Ocean and are scattered in some rivers near the North Sea. Sea eels can be up to 3m long and weigh about 100kg.
Now Haven has sold the giant eel to Fiedler Supermarket. Mr. André Vogt, the supermarket management commissioner of the supermarket, said they will bring this giant eel to display so people can admire.
