CCTV's 20.5-day video showed a man spreading his arms to take pictures with the fish but could not touch the fish's tail.
CCTV said it was a female, nearly 100 years old this year. A local seafood agency bought fish from fishermen for treatment and breeding. After that, the agency will release it to nature.
"We will treat the wound so the fish can recover ," said Zhu Zhu, head of the Fisheries Breeding and Breeding Station in the fisheries department. 'After that, we will arrange breeding'.

Currently, the fish is living in an artificial water tank with a diameter of 5m. The video showed that Zhu and his colleagues examined the fish and its wounds.
