Central Vietnam faces flood again

In Quang Tri province , the Provincial Steering Committee for Flood and Storm Control said the continuous rain lasted from October 15 to October 16, causing more than 10,000 houses to be flooded. The heavily flooded areas are concentrated in the low-lying and riparian areas of Trieu Phong, Hai Lang and Vinh Linh districts.
