China wants to join the ISS project

According to Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Li Xueyong,

China is hoping to become the 17th country in the world to join the International Space Station (ISS) project.

According to Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Li Xueyong, 'China wants to cooperate with the US in space exploration and the ISS project now has 16 countries' participation, and said the government is pursue a policy of using the airspace for peaceful purposes.

ISS is a joint project of 16 countries, including the US, Russia, Japan, Canada, Brazil and 11 European Space Agency (ESA) countries. This station is currently in orbit around the Earth at an altitude of about 360 km.

At the end of this October, China will launch a satellite orbiting its first Moon. This is part of the ambitious Moon exploration program of the most populous country in the world. With the introduction of Duong Loi Vy astronaut to the Than Chau V ship universe in 2003, China became the third country in the world after the US and the Soviet Union successfully implemented the manned space mission.

The Chinese government has determined that the Moon exploration program is one of the country's 16 key scientific projects by the end of 2020.
