Currently, Master Nguyet hopes to transfer the technology of producing passion fruit powder and passionate nectar tablets to help businesses commercialize the product and create a stable output for farmers.

The ripe lemons in the harvested Lam Dong region are separated, taking the intestines inside the preliminary processing to collect 'puree', juice. On average, 1kg of fresh fruit will yield about 400g of juice. The juice will be concentrated at a temperature of 60 degrees Celsius in the accompanying conditions: vacuum degree, rotation speed of the juice .

After two hours, the juice will reach 60% anhydrous. If this kind of juice is processed, it will not lose the flavor, color and ease of use for later mixing stages.

From anhydrous juice of 60%, mix with sugar at the ratio of 8: 3. After that, continue to dry and dry under appropriate conditions, until 5% moisture is reached. In order to make lemon balm easy to dissolve and foam, Master Nguyet and her colleagues added carbonate with a content of 2%. This supplemented carbonate will work with the acid available in the juice, when dissolving lemon juice with added ingredients into the water will release CO2 to make the passion fruit melt faster.

After mixing, drying is pressed to 3.5% moisture to create the final product called passion fruit nectar. Put the nectar pellet in the water for a few minutes and have a glass of lemon juice that is no different from nature. Dissolve 25g effervescent tablets in 75g warm water, will produce 100g of passion fruit nectar.

Random test results of over 60 people in color, speed of dissolution, taste . have shown almost absolute high satisfaction.
