Lemon juice can replace coffee

American nutritionist David Jokers says he found an alternative beverage for light coffee. It is limonad water, consisting only of lemon juice and white water.

Tests have shown that this beverage has the same benefits as coffee but does not have unpleasant side effects such as increasing blood sugar, dehydration and feeling tired after all the stimulation function.
