Convert PDF files to word, Excel, HTML and Text

Most e-books released online now use standard PDF format. This is a popular form of e-books but quite difficult to intervene and edit. Investintech has launched Able2Extract which can convert PDF files into extremely effective Word, Excel, HTML and Text files.

Previously, to get the text of PDF files, users could use Acrobat Reader to open the PFD file, then select all documents and paste into Word. This way of manual processing is acceptable, but the format when pasted into Word will be completely "unlike anyone" with the main error being that the order is not in any order. This method when applied to PDF files displaying a table content, similar to Excel, is completely disabled.

Fortunately Able2Extract can transfer almost all of the presentation formats in PDF to Word, Exel, HTML, Text with almost unchanged layout, and users can immediately use this format in the tasks in Word, Excel, Text without much editing.

Able2Extract has a friendly interface and extremely simple usage. Initially click on 'Open' to select the PDF file to convert the format, then the 'File' menu to choose to convert the entire document or just a paragraph, a certain table… If the selection is in PDF is a table, then click the 'E' button, Able2Extract, to convert that table to the exact Excel format. If the selection is text, then click the 'W' button to switch to Word. Do the same if you want to convert to HTML or Text.

Able2Extract requires users to name the output file, after the conversion process is complete, Able2Extract will automatically use the pre-installed Word, Excel, HTML and Text applications to open the transferred file contents. change success. Then the user only needs to edit as desired.

Through testing, we found that Able2Extract's conversion function to Word, Excel and Text was perfect, but when it turned to HTML, it still failed to generate an error.

Users can go here to download a trial version of Able2Extract 3.0 with a capacity of about 6MB. The original version was sold by Investintech for up to 90 USD. Currently Able2Extract 3.0 has been present at computer software stores in Ho Chi Minh City.
