Cut and merge video clips with the utility available in Windows
Without any other software, an amateur "IT" can still cut and hate video files with a utility available in Windows XP.
Windows Movie Maker will help you save and process great movies. You can start the program by going to Start, Programs, Accessories and Windows Movie Maker.

To cut a movie file, follow these steps:

+ Step 3 : Click from the top position (start cutting position) to the last position (end position) of the video clip you need to cut. Then click the Play button to preview the movie. If you feel that you are not qualified, you can use the Back button to redo.
+ Step 4 : After cutting the video as you want, if you want to save it, go to Menu File -> Save Movie file.
For the option to export to file, when Save Movie window appears, click on Setting, you can choose the quality is Low, Medium or High quality (Attention, the quality is higher, the volume is set. The bigger the news).
In the Display Information section, you enter the title (Title), author (Author), Date (Date), description, note (Description) . After you have finished editing the settings, click OK and select the path. save file.
