On April 19, 2006, Nguyen Huu Duyet's family in village 3, Krong Zin commune (M'Drac-Dac Lac district) bought a lot of taps from the market to eat lunch.

Nguyen Quoc Tuan (Mr. Duyet's grandchild) has taken a piece of sliced ​​food and mixed in the ink.

Knowing that he was poisoned with corn because he had to eat seafood containing dangerous toxins, in the afternoon of April 19, 2006, his family brought Tuan to the emergency at M'Drac district hospital.

After the incident, the whole family was shocked and did not understand if the seafood food was poisoned.
