In Vietnam, the disease is very common, in the North, Central, South and Central Highlands, even in urban and rural areas, the disease occurs all year round but often breaks out into a major epidemic in the rainy season, especially in July, August, September and October.

According to Dr. Le Xuan Thuy, the danger of dengue fever in the disease has no specific treatment and there is no vaccine to prevent disease. Moreover, the disease often causes large epidemics with many people at the same time making the treatment very difficult and possibly fatal, especially for children, causing great economic and social losses. People with dengue fever often show high fever suddenly 39 - 40 degrees C, lasting 2 - 7 days, difficult to reduce fever. Severe headache in the forehead, behind the eyeball. There may be rash, rash. Therefore, when suspecting dengue fever, the patient should be taken immediately to the medical facility for prompt medical examination and treatment.

'On the other hand, Dengue viral hemorrhagic fever with 4 types of disease is denoted D1, D2, D3, D4. All four types cause this disease in Vietnam and alternately cause epidemics. "Because immunity is created after the disease is specific to each type, people can get the disease for the second or third time because of different tips," said Dr. Xuan Thuy.
