According to information from the US Aeronautics and Aeronautics Agency, this galaxy, denoted as NGC4696, can be said to be a "mutant" compared to other oval galaxies.

Because, usually, oval galaxies are usually circular, looking like a glowing volume.Furthermore, when most of the dust and gas in these galaxies collide, forming nebulae will result in temporary explosions.

These processes will deplete the energy of young galaxies, leaving them with insufficient gas to support the formation of stars. And then these galaxies will gradually grow old and with it they will darken.

However, with NGC4696 galaxy the process does not take place in the same way as usual.

NGC4696 is not only a bright photobook but also has a colorful strip of filamentous material that surrounds its surface, forming a special hook pattern of this galaxy. In fact, these fibrous structures are very large dust bands, with a diameter of about 30 thousand light years.

In addition, according to scientists' observations, in the central area of this galaxy there exists a black hole with enormous amounts of matter.Scientists say these black holes may be emitting material streams outward at speeds equal to the speed of light.

When viewed under X-rays, gaps can be seen inside the galaxy. This shows that these released streams of material carry an extremely large energy.

Clearly, the universe still contains a lot of secrets and scientists' discoveries are still taking humanity from surprise to surprise.
