Dinosaurs also know how to swim

Dinosaurs can be quite heavy on the set, but new evidence suggests that they are ranking swimmers, overpowering long distances, of course underwater.

Scott Persons, a researcher at the University of Alberta (Canada), found some of the most compelling evidence that dinosaurs can move freely underwater.

While conducting research in Sichuan Province (China), Persons and colleagues discovered claws on ancient rivers, stretching for 15 meters.

This shows that dinosaurs "swim dogs" over long sections of water.

Standing on the tips of the toes, dinosaurs surf the foot of the river, and use a strong tail to act as a steering wheel.

'Not surprisingly, some dinosaurs can swim, but the point is that they can swim quite well,' according to Chinese Science Bulletin quoted Persons expert.
