Discover two sculptures of the sculptor Michelangelo

The two bronze statues of two handsome men riding two black panther in a nude state with their hands raised to victory have just been announced to the public yesterday (February 2).

According to the Guardian, British academics claim that they are the last remaining bronze sculptures of the famous Renaissance sculptor Michelangelo.

The first important clue to the final conclusions studies of the author of two bronze statues, is from a small detail in the painting of an apprentice in Michelangelo's studio.

In a small corner of the drawing is a young muscular muscular young man riding a black leopard in a victory pose similar to that of bronze statues.

This painting is currently displayed in the Fabre Museum in Montpellier, France.

Last fall, art history professor Paul Joannides of Cambridge University linked these two details together and proposed the hypothesis of the two statues.
