The passage is as follows: "I am from the City. I bring you a congratulatory gift with a sharp tip that can help you remember me. I ask, if the property allows it, that I can give it away proudly. zoom like a long road and look like an empty wallet " . The meaning of the sentence is: "I burnt the bag, but there is a pen to give here". The word "City" is more likely to refer to Rome.

Over the years, the archaeological project at Bloomberg headquarters has discovered about 14,000 artifacts. Experts are still studying these objects. The inscription on the pen is difficult to read, partly due to wear. The preservation experts must conduct restoration to make it easier to see.

The iron pen is 132 mm long, equivalent to today's pen types. Writing words are engraved subtly and meticulously on a slender body. The humorous content of these words makes the pen special.

The passage shows the importance of writing and literature in helping traders, soldiers and officials keep in touch with friends or family who live hundreds of kilometers away. It allows two people separated by geography to share a joke, according to Michael Marshall, an expert in Roman antiquities.
