'Blue diamonds are the rarest of all diamonds and Cullinan is one of the largest producers of this gemstone. Since Petra Diamonds acquired Cullinan mine, an important blue stone has also been found here , 'said Jeremy Dibb, a gem analyst with brokerage Canaccord.
