Odorrana frog, or according to local people, is Phu Luang frog, the latest recently discovered frog in the Phu Luang National Park - a conservation center spread over 3 mountainous provinces northeastern Thailand.
The unusualness of Odorrana frog is the ability to change color to adapt to the environment - ' great technique ' that people previously thought that only lizards, salamanders . have.
According to Tanya Chan-ard, a guide at the National Museum of Science: this frog can only be found in a waterfall or a narrow river branch at an altitude of 1,000 - 1,500 m from the sea.'We have known its presence for a long time, but until last year officially conducted research.'
The results of Tanya's research and a group of government biologists were presented at a seminar taking place in Bangkok on Tuesday (May 29) and confirmed by US experts.
