Dispel the scary memories
American scientists at New York University have found a way to prevent scary memories from the human mind without the use of intervention drugs.
This method has opened up promising approaches to problems such as post-traumatic psychosis syndrome.
After doing research on the mouse, the expert team discovered old memories that could be changed or consolidated for a specific period of time - called the 'open window' time.
The Reuters news agency reported that the sensitive time lasted within 10 minutes after the test object was re-activated an old memory that happened 6 hours ago.
After drawing conclusions from mouse experiments, the researchers performed similar experiments for two groups of people, and the results were similar.
