15 minutes dispel fatigue
Any time you find free time between working hours, take a few minutes to practice some simple movements. They will help you dispel any feeling of fatigue and stress when you have to sit for too long.
Hand massage : Sit on a chair, keep your back straight. Fold 2 hands in front of chest, 5 fingers spread wide, palms facing out. Then clench your hands together, perform 6-10 times. Next, loosen your hands to help relieve the fatigue accumulated in your hands.
Relaxing your neck muscles: Bend your left upper arm. The right hand held the left elbow. Tilt the person slowly to the right, hold for 10 seconds and inhale evenly. Then, change hands and tilt to the left. This action has the effect of relieving fatigue, stretching the shoulders and neck muscles.
Strengthening the shoulders: Sitting on the edge of the chair, 2 hands on the thighs, the back straight. Relax, 2 shoulders protruding behind. Perform 6 movements of shoulder blades.
Back pain: Stretching the spine with a high-up, 2-arm straight motion, stretching for about 20 seconds.
Relax your feet: Stand upright, with 2 legs. Put your left foot backwards, the foot against the floor, forming a straight line with the right heel. Slowly apply the left foot of the foot to the floor to stretch the leg muscles. Each side 3 times.
