Drinking soft drinks every day will make you lose your memory
A recent study shows that a daily diet with soda may increase three times the risk of memory impairment.
Drinking soda (even in very small amounts) every day can triple the risk of memory impairment.
According to Scientificamerican, a study published last week in Stroke magazine found that drinking soda (even in very small amounts) every day could triple the risk of dementia . Sharyn posted on the Nutrition Diva's Facebook page that:
"I was attracted by yesterday's article about the possible (possible) connection between artificial sweeteners and dementia . I don't want to stop using artificial sweeteners because of a separate study. I am 60 years old and use artificial sweeteners daily, but I am definitely interested in this.
In fact, almost no research has linked artificial sweeteners to memory impairment. And behavior change based on a single study seems to be a reluctance.
Therefore, more similar studies will be needed before the final conclusion is made.
