Earth's beauty

Nearly 30 years after the first astronauts flew to the Moon to be a startled mankind with the first images of the Earth from outer space, a new ' generation ' of satellite images is portraying the beauty of the planet but the fragility of " human realm ".

Taken with dozens of persistent daily satellites revolving around the green sphere, the images on these pages were taken from the Earth from space exhibition, which opened on July 7, 2007 in Bao. American Air and Space Museum in Washington. Earth from space exhibition will be displayed in 14 cities in the US within the next 3 years.

From a height of several hundred to thousands of kilometers, it sometimes brings fantasy colors taken with infrared rays to help scientists distinguish the types of plants and terrain, portraits of this Earth exposing the natural beauty of human homeland through strange details. In some ways, photos from this exhibition show how much better or worse we are repairing our common home.
