Eat these two together, reduce up to 33% risk of lung cancer

Large-scale research based on more than 1.44 million people has found the miraculous synergistic effect of yogurt and fiber in fighting lung cancer.

Scientists from Vanderbilt University Medical Center (USA) found that with just one jar of yogurt a day, a person's risk of lung cancer can be reduced by up to 19%. If you just eat yogurt or eat a diet high in fiber (lots of vegetables, fruits, grains .), the risk of lung cancer will be reduced by 33%.

If you ate a diet high in fiber alone, your risk of lung cancer dropped by 15%.

To this end, the researchers analyzed the data of more than 1.44 million Americans collected from 10 cohort studies from the US, Europe and Asia.

According to the authors, this miraculous effect comes from the probiotic found in the fiber-rich foods and probiotics found in yogurt.

Probiotics are a form of fiber that is difficult to digest by the human body but are a food for probiotics and yeast. Both of these things promote digestive health, help the immune system stay healthy. Meanwhile, some strains of beneficial bacteria in the human digestive tract have been shown to prevent the development of lung cancer, which has anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory properties.

The authors are still expanding the research to further demonstrate the mechanism of action mentioned above.

The research has just been published in the journal JAMA Oncology.

Not long ago, yogurt dish was also recommended by researchers from Harvard University (USA). With 2 or more yogurt jars per week, you will reduce the risk of developing colon cancer by up to 26%.
