The team discovered debris at a construction site in Tel Aviv, Israel. This is a trace of a beer brewer dating from about 5,000 years ago, belonging to an ancient Egyptian settlement.

" We found 17 small niches in the excavation area. They were used to store agricultural products during the early Bronze Age (3500-3000 BC). Among the hundreds of ceramic pieces bearing the characteristics of Local culture, some fragments from large ceramic pots are made according to traditional Egyptian methods and used to prepare beer, " Telegraph quoted Diego Barkan, director of archaeological excavations of the Ancient Ministry yesterday. Israeli artifacts (IAA), said.
This finding also provides the first evidence that Egyptians were present in the Tel Aviv region today. Previously, experts only knew that they were in the Negev region or the southern coastal plain.
