>>> Vitamins can be dangerous for cancer patients

French scientists have drawn this conclusion after monitoring the tests of the memory of 4,500 older people for a long time. The results showed that the memory capacity can be highest when a person receives regular vitamins and minerals for 10 years.

In addition, according to researchers' data, being given vitamins with the necessary amount also enhances the brain's activity, making it more responsive to the environment and this also affects mind. Remember, especially for older people.

The research process was conducted almost two dozen years, through two stages. In 1994, at that time, the volunteers who participated in this study were only 45 to 60 years old, divided into two groups by scientists. The first group for 8 consecutive years, all received food additives containing vitamins E and С, along with trace amounts of zinc, selenium and beta-carotene. The second group received only a placebo, which the volunteer himself did not know.

Eight years later, but volunteers were given the option to prolong or stop the consumption of food additives (placebo in group 2).

The last six years the researchers invited volunteers to come (they are now 62 to 77 years old) to check carefully and systematically memory-related tests.

People in group 1 (regular use of vitamins and trace minerals) have a better memory than those in group 2 (only using placebo) in the test without any exception.
