Find substances that enhance memory
Epicatechin - chemicals in chocolate, tea, grapes and blueberries can help boost memory, it is reported by researchers at the Salk Institute (California, USA published in the journal Neuroscience) .

Accordingly, epicatechin improves the circulation of blood in the brain, especially when combined with regular exercise.
To draw this conclusion, the scientists divided the experimental mice into two groups: the group fed the special diet supplemented with epicatechin and the group fed the normal diet, then gave ½ to each Group "exercise" by running on a wheel 2 hours a day. A month later, they were trained to find a platform hidden in the lake.
As a result, the researchers found that mice that exercised and ate the diet with epicatechin remembered the position of the platform longer than the rest. Children who eat epicatechin but do not exercise also have better memory than those who do not eat epicatechin but are worse than those who eat epicatechin and exercise.
Next time, scientists will study the effects of epicatechin on the memory of 'old' animals and then in humans.
