Felix storm attacked the Caribbean
Last night on September 4, Hurricane Felix with winds of up to 240 km / h landed on Caribbean countries, causing serious losses. Thousands of residents and tourists had to leave the area to avoid storms.
When entering the coast between Nicaragua and Honduras the storm has dropped to level 4 according to international standards but is still strong, winds of up to 240km / h - are "particularly dangerous" levels.
Just two weeks ago, this area just suffered the storm Dean killed 18 people.
Due to the timely migration and prevention measures, only about 5 people died when storm Felix attacked. However, strong winds, heavy rain and tornadoes devastated more than 5,000 homes, hundreds of high-voltage poles and transmission lines in Nicaragua and Honduras.
The American Center for Hydrometeorology in Miami said that when it reached the shore, the storm of the storm of Felix reached level 5, causing flash floods and mud drift. Rainfall is approximately 30 cm.

Before the storm struck, the Honduran government issued a national alert and demanded that people stop all activities and move out of the storm zone.
Honduras President Manuel Zelaya warns: 'There could be serious damage to people and if people refuse to comply with preventive measures' As for neighboring President Nicaragua, Daniel Ortega also cut the trip Panama to return to the country to direct emergency relief.
The Caribbean Sea is an area that attracts tourists from many parts of the world, so when thousands of tourists hear about Hurricane Felix, they are forced to evacuate the area. However, due to lack of transportation, a large number of indigenous people are still stuck at the storm center.
