UNAM biologist, Rene Hernandez Rivera, who directly participated in the study, said relatively intact fossil footprints were found at a dinosaur sandstone mine. speculum.

This is a herbivore that once lived on Earth about 75 million years ago, at the end of the Cretaceous period.

Mr. Hernandez Rivera stressed that this finding proved that Sonora is one of the most important paleontological sites in the Americas, where scientists previously discovered many traces of prehistoric animals.

Now scientists are expanding research to determine the habit of living and moving this dinosaur.
